Careers and volunteering

Work with people who actually give a care.

We support people with a disability, older people, and our local community across Sydney's Inner West. We're hiring across all three, and our community programs run on volunteer power. Find your fit below.

Why together²

What you'll find here that you might not find elsewhere

We back our team

Real training, real support, and a Support Lead who knows your name. Not a call centre.

Career growth that's real, not a poster

We promote from within. Many of our coordinators started as support workers. The path is there if you want it.

Work that means something

You'll know exactly who you helped today and how. The feedback is immediate and it's the best part of the job.

We do diversity, we don't just talk about it

Our team reflects the community we serve. LGBTIQ+, First Nations, CALD, neurodivergent. You’re welcome here, as you are.

Four pathways

Where do you fit?

Disability

Support people with a disability to live the life they choose.

Disability roles

Aged care

Help older people stay independent and at home, on their terms.

Aged care roles

Community

Be part of the team running our food relief, parenting, and social programs.

Community roles
What I love about working here is that it never feels like a job. I turn up, I help someone get their day started, and we have a laugh. The team has my back, and I get to be myself with the people I support.
